Nick began CrossFit only a few years ago, looking for a new challenge. He quickly realized, although he had always been athletic, there was something more with CrossFit. He wanted to share his passion and wanted to help people find what he had found in CrossFit training through coaching.
“Seeing others achieve their goals that they set is incredibly fulfilling. I feel blessed to be able to hold members accountable to come to class, work hard while they’re in the gym, and continue to achieve health and fitness outside of the gym.”
One of his biggest accomplishments has been getting his mom involved in the gym. Not only is it rewarding for him to be able to help his mother become healthier as she ages, but it has strengthened their relationship through sweat and hard work. His favorite movements to coach are gymnastics and any bodyweight movements.
