Luke has been coaching CrossFit for the past 4 years and was a competitive collegiate Swimmer at Bucknell University. He is extremely passionate and lives to convince people that they’re capable of more.

He specializes in mono-structural movements like rowing, running, biking, and swimming. He loves to teach pacing, technique, breathing patterns, and heart rate control, because it helps give a better understanding of how your body recovers and how it responds to different variables.
