Brandon has been doing personal training and coaching CrossFit for the past 3 years. He is truly passionate about correcting movement errors and changing mindsets around what is possible for someone.
“For me, fitness is an escape. It’s a chance to put your phone down for 60 minutes and connect with someone. There’s nothing I am more proud of than when I work with someone who is able to overcome a mental hurdle in their life through CrossFit.”
His favorite part of coaching is being able to laugh and connect with the people in the gym on a daily basis. Brandon specializes in coaching gymnastics, all forms of the squat, as well as teaching proper running mechanics.
