GPP stands for general physical preparedness and is our core strength & conditioning CrossFit program. The program is designed to deliver a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive no matter the skill level. In class you learn functional movements that you find in real life…pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
