ORIGINS
Origins is our entry level course. This program gives you all the tools you need to get healthy, loose weight, and build a  foundation of strength and conditioning. This 4 week course is built to teach beginners to be virtuous in movement, to bring the intensity, to handle their nutrition, and to get in great shape!

NUTRITION
Our nutrition and accountability program is for those of us who are looking to drop some extra body fat and tone up. Adherence is key to success with any nutrition program. Once you have made the commitment to get your nutrition on track, we can help you take it to the next level. 
 

Personalized macronutrient and calorie based meal plans with weekly accountability.
GPP
GPP is our core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive no matter the skill level. In class you learn functional movements that you find in real life...pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

COMPETITOR
Our competitor program is not for the weekend warrior. This program is is for people who train CrossFit or Weightlifting as a sport. Most of our athletes follow MisFit Athletics. Also, email us if you are a powerlifter or weightlifter just looking for a well equipped gym to train at.
