Origins, our entry-level course, is perfect for anyone looking to drop a few pounds and learn their way around a barbell. Origin training at Verity begins with five private coaching sessions to teach the fundamentals of nutrition, weightlifting, conditioning, and bodyweight movements. This gives you a chance to learn proper technique, and to get comfortable with your coach! After completing your five sessions you will be ready to jump into our group classes where the fun really starts!
This is our general physical fitness program and it will teach you everything you need to feel better, look better, and improve your health for the rest of your life. This is our core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. In class, we practice functional movements that you find in real life… pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. Our program will completely transform your fitness and will develop unstoppable confidence, self-awareness, and mental strength.
Our nutrition coaching program is for those who are looking to drop some extra body fat and tone up. Nutrition is included with and complements Origins, but we do offer private nutrition coaching a la carte. Adherence is key to success with any nutrition program. Once you have made the commitment to get your nutrition on track, we can help you take it to the next level. You will get a personalized macronutrient- and calorie-based meal plan to help fit your needs as well as ongoing coaching to make sure you stick to it!
Want to run a 5k? Get your first pull-up? Do an obstacle race? Or achieve a more lofty goal with your fitness? Private training can help you get there. We offer private coaching as an accessory to our standard CrossFit program as an a la carte service with 30-minute skill/technique sessions.
For ages 12 – 17, the teen’s program develops physical skills in an environment of community, accountability, teamwork, and responsibility. Each class gives teens time to focus on a harder skill or movement that either improves their coordination/balance or transfers over to more powerful lifts. We keep the workouts challenging not just to make teens more fit, but also to give them a sense of accomplishment! As coaches, we want to show our athletes that fitness is fun — it doesn’t have to be a chore.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches.
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
